The Bike Project
What we do

Youth Provision for Organisations
We offer term time courses for alternative provision schools & other organisations who want positive & meaningful learning opportunities.

Free Workshops
We have been running free bike building projects for young people since the very beginning – they are an important part of what we do.

Get Involved
There are a number of ways to support the project, to benefit vulnerable young people and to help the project strive. Get in touch to get involved.

Volunteering
We always need volunteers with experience in bike repair and maintenance to help us refurbish bikes or help out in our free bike building projects.

Our Supporters
We’re more than just a Bike Shop and would like to thank all who have helped make Glos Bike Project a success, and continue to do so.

Donate a Bike
Donating your old bike means we can offer free bike building workshops for young people, free training, volunteering and other opportunities.

About Us
A love of bikes and cycling, a passion for mechanics and a belief that we could create a worthwhile enterprise capable of delivering social benefits is where it all began.
The Bike Project
The whole project is built on the support of local people who kindly donate their unwanted bikes. It is amazing how generous people can be and is a constant reminder to us of the kindness and decency of people.
