Glos bike project are brilliant! They were the second bike shop I visited to have a look and ended up buying from them. Their knowledge is fantastic, they built and customised my bike how I wanted it and set everything so it was right for me. They didn’t rush me and answered all of my stupid questions. Absolutely fantastic experience at this bike shop, thanks to Matt. As beginners to cycling, we really appreciated how patient and knowledgeable he was, taking the time to clearly explain different beginner-friendly options that fit our budget. He never tried to upsell us, even when we asked about additional accessories, which made the experience feel honest and pressure-free. Matt went above and beyond—he even showed us how to properly wear a helmet and helped fit the 2 bikes into our small SUV before we left. Truly the most welcoming, encouraging, and positive bike shop experience we could have hoped for. Highly recommend for first timers!
