Gloucestershire Bike Project is a not for profit social enterprise so all profits are used to fund our work in the community. We raise the majority of our funding for our community work through our Bike Shop based in Barton Street in Gloucester.
We also sell unrefurbished bikes, particularly vintage classics and retro road bikes. These bikes make excellent projects and help to keep more bikes from our heritage on the road. If you are looking for a project, get in touch, I'm sure we will have something for you. 'Sold as seen' project bikes include Raleigh 531 racers, Peugeot vintage racers, Holdsworths, Falcons, town bikes, shoppers, old skool BMXs- really all sorts.
As what we have in stock changes from day to day, it is always worth popping in and having a look. We strive to provide the community with access to reasonably priced, roadworthy bicycles that are serviced to a very high standard by our Cytech Level 3 mechanic.
We will give you honest advice to make sure the bike you get is the best bike for you.
Getting a bike from us ensures you are getting a bike that is fully refurbished to British safety standards, it also means that you are contributing to your local community as we use funds raised from refurbished bike sales to run a range of workshops for young people in the area.
